This website uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking. Fonts and images are served from our own server; no content is loaded from third parties.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically records technical data in server log files: your IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, the browser and operating system, and the referring page. This is necessary to deliver the website and keep it secure (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). The logs are kept only as long as needed for this purpose.

Hosting provider: ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. We have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider.

3. Contacting us by email

If you email us, we use your address and message only to answer you (Art. 6 (1) (b) and (f) GDPR) and delete them once the matter is settled, unless we are legally required to keep them.

4. In-game feedback (Defilade)

Defilade contains an optional Feedback window for reporting bugs, balancing issues and ideas. Nothing is sent unless you press Send. The window shows you what is included before sending:

• the type of feedback and the text you write;
• technical information: game version, game language, the current screen and, during a battle, the match ID (map, stage, random seed, commander, fog of war setting);
• your operating system and the name of your graphics card;
• an email address, only if you enter one because you want a reply.

No account, name or IP address is collected by the game itself. The data is used only to fix errors and improve the game. Legal basis: your consent by sending the form (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in a working game (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). Please do not write personal information into the message text.

The feedback is submitted to Google Forms, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. When the form is submitted, Google processes your IP address and technical connection data. Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

We delete feedback once it has been dealt with, and at the latest 24 months after receipt. You can ask us at any time to delete a message you sent.

5. The game itself

Apart from the feedback window, Defilade does not send any data. Settings and progress are stored only on your device.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify and erase your data, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You may withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise these rights, email contact@velovyngames.com.
